Virtual F & I Services AFCD offers virtual F & I services, an innovative solution for independent dealers who would like to offer customers finance options but do not have the budget or staff for an F & I department.

Vehicle Service Contracts (VSC) Vehicles Service Contracts and Limited Warranty products offer your customers protection in the event of a mechanical failure. GAP Coverage GAP pays the balance of a customer’s loan amount in excess of the insurance settlement in the event the financed vehicle is deemed a total loss by accident or theft. AFCD product offerings, available at time of purchase, include: GAP Insurance: With certain exceptions, covers the difference between the loan payoff balance and PDI claim payment in the event of total loss. GAP Waiver: With certain exceptions, an agreement from a Lender that it will accept PDI claim payment or actual cash value as payment in full on loan in the event of total loss.
